Staff Qualifications
All DCPS professional
staff are licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
to practice psychiatry, psychology, social work or
counseling and have an average of eight years of post-graduate
experience. All DCPS clinicians participate in case
consultation at least twice per month, with new staff
participating at least weekly for the first six months
of employment. As a condition of employment, each
DCSP clinician is required to participate in ethics
training provided by DCPS
